Abstract

According to the practice of assessing NPP units applying EUR criteria (European Utility Requirements) and IAEA Methodology INPRO (Innovation Nuclear Reactors and Fuel Cycle), the paper presents developed criteria for the assessment of NPP designs of various suppliers that are proposed to be implemented in Ukraine. It is assumed to give the relevant numerical score. The paper defines the algorithm to receive evaluation summary characterizing acceptability of NPP power unit for construction in Ukraine.
